Cailee Jones, Writer/Reporter
Cailee Jones is an 8th grade student at Lake Charles Charter Academy (LCCA). She is a native of Lake Charles, Louisiana, and lives here with her family. Cailee 7 siblings which consist of 6 boys and 1 girl. She is the middle child of the siblings group. Her favorite things to do outside of school are sleep, walk her dogs, cook, and finishing schoolwork. Cailee plays basketball, volleyball, and football, She also participates in cheerleading, and track and field representing her middle school. Cailee has been at Lake Charles Charter Academy for 2 years and this is in her final year at LCCA. She might attend Lake Charles College Prep or Washington Marion High School for her high school years. Cailee is a great student, she also turns in her work on time, she is a leader in the school and the community. She helps others when they need help. Cailee favorite classes are Ms. Myers class and Ms. Bailey class. Cailee takes a few high school credit classes in her 8th grade year. She has very good grades and is always on top of her class work as she gets older and matures more as she continues to move forward in her life. She is a journalist at LCCA, she makes sure she gives people reading the school paper the truth even if she doesn’t agree with it. Cailee is overall a good student and is a very hard worker and leader of The LCCA Observer journals team at Lake Charles Charter Academy.
