Stop Bullying

Stop Bullying

Rhaelynne LeDay, Writer

Bullying can result in emotional distress, self-harm, and even death. It also increases the risk of depression, anxiety, lower academic achievement, and dropping out of school. Bullying is hard for many teens who can overdose, kill themselves, cut themselves, and hang themselves.

Here are 5 ways to prevent bullying.

  1. Tell that person to stop.
  2. Let someone know
  3. Let that bully know what can happen to them if they continue to act that way.
  4. I can tell them that they would not like it if the shoe was on the other foot.
  5. Tell them to talk to someone because that person might be going through something.

As you can see, bullying is a  bad thing because the person might have something going on mentally or physically and it may cause them to hurt themselves or maybe kill themselves
