What a success! The 2023 MLK Parade was held on Monday, January January 16 downtown. There were community leaders and local schools that participated. It was wonderful to see the streets lined with our community members supporting the parade and filling their pockets with sweet treats!

We can’t wait to see how many more people show up next year! The Parades are a beautiful part of our Louisiana culture and there is no better person to celebrate than Martin Luther King!
