For black history  The LCCA Observer will have two contests!!! The first one is a poetry contest. If your interested in poetry  the poet contested  you can write about what you think it means to be black  feel free to write your emotions as long as your  writing  is school appropriate.

The second one is Light in Your Life, where you tell us about a person who has made a huge impact on your life and you believe exemplifies what Martin Luthor King Jr. stood for.

If  you  are interested in participating in either contest, stop by Ms Myers’ room and grab a flier out of the box by her door! Make sure you but your put thought into your writing. Have fun and we are so excited to see what you write.
